I wish i can give a Zero. Never expected a 5 and 4 year old to be discriminated and be treated like the way they were treated today by an employee.

First thing first my kids love this place even me running around playing tag with multiple level monkey bars. My kid comes out. BUT we had booked a birthday party thinking that there will be no other bookings at that time. Just the odd kid running around the. So at most maybe 10 kids. Well well when we showed up for my kiddos party there must have been 40 kids running around with around 20 adults. Then finding out from another parent saying there's 2 more parties. My kids were so disappointed and they don't want to back now.

I would give no stars if I could based on customer service alone. There was a miscommunication on times when booking my sons birthday party. I was told one time over phone and another in email and when I called back for clarification it was met with "I'm very particular about my times and dates"...she stated there was absolutely no way there could've been any mistake. No apology and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ended up cancelling and going elsewhere. Edited to add: I received a call from monkey bars after I posted my review. To call someone back to express your distaste for a review and to discuss a situation involving another customer is highly unprofessional. A discount was asked for because of the inconvenience that was caused due to the company not providing correct info when I called to confirm the first time. Instead of admitting they made a mistake the owner became rude and snooty. I can see now why people were not happy with this company back in 2020 and were talking about them on FB and Mj Talks. Only now that this review is public is an apology given. I still stand by my original review. Lacks customer service and professional business etiquette.
