        As someone who likes to choose items intentionally and can take a long time to decide, the staff at factory optical were patient and kind. They truly care about their customers. I had to get new contact lenses for astigmatism and Arlene helped me tremendously trial different brands over a not so quick time period to get the right fit. I also got some new eye glass frames and Grace was there to help me pick them out every step of the way. Thank you both for all of your help!
