My grandparents live in a village outside of North Battleford and used this company when their furnace went out and theyve been slow to get the parts they needed with a million excuses and couriers forgetting to put the parts they needed on the delivery trucks, etc. The furnace has been out almost two weeks and theyre staying warm but a bunch of space heaters. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Well never use this company again.
