Willow Creek Pet Cremations Inc.

My husband picked up Benjamin's ashes yesterday (he was our 13.5 year old Border Collie). I honestly am blown away with the thought and care both Gateway Veterinary Services and Willow Creek Pet Cremations provided. I was expecting a simple cardboard box with his ashes, however I received a beautiful bag that included a really nice urn, a vial with his fur (which had a card saying a donation was made to the North East SPCA), sympathy cards from both Gateway Vet and Willow Creek ... and they took and included his paw prints (this means so much because it was something I wished I had done before he passed). It was simply amazing what was put together . Thank you so much.

Willow Creek was referred to us by Corman Park Veterinary Services. We called Merlin at Willow Creek and he immediately made us feel that wed chosen the right place. The cremation of our German Shepherd happened much sooner than we had expected, which we really appreciated. We picked up the ashes at Corman Park today, and the pretty urn, card, and special touches, made us feel like Morgan was treated with the utmost respect and care after she had passed. Thank you Merlin for making it just a little easier, during such a difficult time. We would highly recommend Willow Creek.

We contacted Merlin at Willow Creek Pet Cremations after saying goodbye to our dog of 14 years. Merlin was so accessible and accommodating and answered all our questions. He was very comforting and we felt that our little friend was in good hands as Merlin himself is a pet owner and lover. They do not stack or freeze at this crematorium which was important to me. They are also the only pet crematorium in the province with Cremation Association of North America Certification. After the cremation, Merlin brought the cremains back to our house, along with a sweet paw print and certificate. I will be forever grateful to Merlin for his kindness and compassion during this difficult time and would 100% recommend Willow Creek Pet Cremations. Thank you Merlin
