Wouldn't recommend this company or its housing. Never able to get ahold of someone when you need to, maintenance requests never get done, unable to access power meter for readings as they are locked up in basement area. Coin laundry is always busy and being used as there is only one for the building. Parking in winter was horrible because they never shovel or plow or remove the snow, making it unable to park and use plug ins for vehicle. They throw heavy layer of salt on top the snow that gets dragged in on boots and doesn't end up melting anything. Mail boxes are always broken and mail getting stolen. Door buzzer is rang at all hours of the night. People always wanting in thinking someone else lives there because turnover rate is high. Many people living in the avenue living buildings are offenders who are living on the street part time and having social assistance pay for their rent sometimes. Most nights it was hard to sleep because if someone wasn't banging on your door or ringing the buzzer there was loud gun shots and people yelling then tires squealing. Cops usually came but did nothing because the people lived there and would either go back inside like they were always inside and being quiet or they left claiming they were never there. Lots of theft from vehicles and untrained dogs in the building not suitable for kids at all!
