Overall ADEA's has a great work environment, The upper management and other colleagues within the various locations supports many initiatives and programs that provide the children within the schools various educational and recreational benifits within its various locations. The philosophy for this agency is that the safety and wellbeing for all its children and employees are its main priority. Its great, being able to witness first hand, how a brand new educational authority is able to ensure this mission remains and is enforced throughout the various schools within the different communities. I would highly recommend this authority as a employer to any current and future educators who went into the teaching profession for the right reasons.

ADEA killed a long time teacher and role model with their vaccine mandate. She didn't want the shot, but was given a letter in fall of 2021 informing her she would be let go without pay unless she got the investigational injection. She died within a week of her first dose.
