Absolutely rude receptionist. I dumped my drink out to go in, was told at 5:20, that they weren't taking any more patients that day, with a sarcastic shrug and not an ounce of care or empathy. I have an ear infection and work every day this week, this was the only time I could come in. I work all day too. I dont take out my frustrations on the people I'm helping all day. Left me feeling terrible. When you're the first person someone talks to when they walk in, you can't be snarky.

Called 11 times and someone answered held the phone for 10 seconds and then hang up on me what a terrible service!

Went this morning and had zero issues. Reception was very nice and the doctor (female) was kind and compassionate. Probably one of the better walk in clinics I have been to.

I dont why they have a phone number the receptionists dont even pick up. Trying to book an appointment the earliest you can get is a month, 3 weeks if youre super lucky. Dr. James rushes and isnt patient or that understanding. Their new Dr.Abaydo (sorry I miss spelled), shes super nice and helpful, always good visits with her. The outside building environment is sketchy, sketchy people around there
