My worst experience by far, a dirty room, it smells bad, the carpet dirty and full of hair, torn sheets, old and smelly pillows, terrible customer service and the people at the front desk treated me in the worst possible way, no I would recommend this hotel to anyone, please do not waste your money. Worst ramada ive ever experienced. Never again in P.A. Stinks of booze canabis and cigarettes. Puke in stairwell. Front desk behind plexiglass makes comunication very difficult with staff. Noise in hallways nonstop all night long. Staff wouldnt believe me that i paid through expedia. Had to show reciept to prove payment upon check in and check out. Still ended up being double charged by hotel and expedia. Took another hour on the phone to get refund. Room was grubby and worn. Tv was tiny. Fireplace didnt work. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8am but restaurant staff didnt show up till 815. Finally got something to eat around 830. Should have left early and got breakfast somewhere else. Would have gotten out of town at least a couple hours earlier. Never again. I dont know how they get approval to run under ramadas name. Does ramada no longer have any standards for franchises to follow. Total dive hotel. Not worth the price. Steer clear of this $h@t hole.

This place is a dump. I walked in, it stank of cigarette smoke. There were random questionable people wandering behind the counter. I'm pretty sure someone was shooting up in the lobby. I walked down to my room and even though there were signs everywhere for no smoking, the smell got stronger. Once in my room the furniture seems uneven. The office chair was broken and I could feel wind blowing through the exterior door. The room reeked of strong industrial air freshener and even that wasn't strong enough to kill the smell of smoke in the room. I was in the room for all of 2 minutes and started coughing from the stench. I went to the front desk and complained and he seemed uninterested and shrugged his shoulders. I threw the key card on the bed and walked out to another hotel. I travel extensively for work, and this is hands down the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Save yourself a headache and possibly a tetanus shot and go anywhere else but here.
