        We have appointment with sgi about written test today. But the lady call us 2 hour before and said she is going to book test for next week. Why ? We have test today we take day off from work they should tell us 24 hour before. Because if we want to change the test date we have to change before 24 hours otherwise we did not get refund. Then why they gave us 2 hour notice. And when she speaks that is very very rude. Really OMG they should hire more staff.
