        Special ordered in an engagement ring back on October 28th, & came in 5 weeks later to ask about it & was told they'd look into it & call me later that day. I'm now back in here a week later, no ring yet, & still getting the run around & was even told they can't call the place for special orders until Monday. Needless to say I just said F that & got my money back. Brutal way to do things & I'm definitely not shopping here again or ordering things again if I'm not even important enough to get a call back after 6 weeks.
