Pizza Hut Prince Albert

Every time I order I'm missing an item the driver says I go Get the item but they don't come back I'm coming back I called Tech Support they said they will bring it.

The food is hit or miss. Somedays it's too oily, like a literal sponge, others it's okay. The wait time in the place after being seated took me two hours once with my grandmother, no drinks, nothing. The people on the phone also came off kind of rude to family I recall, even though my mother was super polite and kept getting cut off by the one answering. The delivery driver slipped once and our pizza somehow folded and got squished so the slices were really short or long haha. My family has been ordering since it opened up, it's always interesting what'll happen. Even gave me the wrong order at the table, never said a word, just dropped it and went away when I ordered one pizza and not chicken? I was fine with that, but the two hour wait with food you can't have sitting in your face... not pleasant. It sometimes gets overcooked, it's just strange how it's sometimes good, sometimes bad. My father grabbed a slice once and squeezed the grease out, it was like a sponge. Everyone was too disgusted to eat after that. Not often my family takes stuff back or makes complaints, and that says a lot considering they felt the need to, lol. Go somewhere else. It's really not worth the 50/50 chance for the price you pay. Absolutely awful. Pizza took 45 minutes and was delivered upside down and cold. Couldn't find my order when I called in to get it rectified.

This place has gone downhill...again. Always a skeleton crew on. Hate having to wait for EVERYTHING...seating, ordering, serving, refills, paying....all painfully too long. Improve your customer service and you will increase your sales.
