        The water heater guy was INCREDIBLY helpful. After explaining my situation to him over the phone at the end of the day, he was able to give me some advice on how to fix the issue I had myself. He could have easily brushed me off, had me book an appointment, or charged me, but he didn't. Definite five star service here, and I would absolutely go back to him myself and recommended him to others in the future.

        I got a leak on my water heater. Al was very reponsive and gave me option if I want it done right away but since it's a weekend when that happened, I opted to wait until Monday to save on the overtime fee. They came right on the agreed time and replaced the tank quickly.Although, I am not sure about the price how it compares with others since I did not have time to ask around. Very much recommended. Service: Water heater installation
