According to the tracking info they provided me, my package is suppose to arrive today between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. I have been waiting for it the whole day and time check, it is 12:16am. They shouldve updated the info in the app so I did not have to stay up this late. UPS never fails to dissapoint. Not happy with your service, just so you know.

I was checking my order online and it says delivered in the mail box, I checked my mailbox and there was nothing in it. The delivery guy didnt put it in the mailbox but put into the box where they put flyers and stuff. It was my phone and I spent $1750 on it. Anyone who was lurking around could grab that from that flyer box but I was lucky there. This is so unprofessional. I was at my house and the delivery dude didnt even ring the bell. I am so disappointed with UPS services. I wish there shouldve been option for 0 rating.
