        My package was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone else. When i phoned them the woman that answered was incredibly rude and and was not concerned with the improper delivery. I am not happy with Warren's at all if i had a choice for deliveries i would never use them. If they correct this i will change my review.

        Dispatchers are always trying to make you disappointed, Not even friendly

        UPS uses them to ship to our location (we are 30 minutes north) yet they refuse to deliver to us (even though UPS is paying them to). They always make us come to pick it up, and when we do they are always rude. Really disappointed with the service, and always tell our customers and other businesses to not ship UPS for this reason.

        3 stars because the older female at the front counter is such a miserable person. Maybe a bad day? Based on other reviews I think it's her. PA already suffers from lower than typical customer service. This person takes the bar even lower.
