I love there selection of shoes and clothing. Some day I want to purchase a set of air Jordan's as they are very comfortable shoes. The service is always quick and the staff, friendly. Even though the shoes and clothing is more expensive, your getting quality items.

My wife bought some timberlands for me that didn't fit. I'm typing this as I'm walking through the mall because I'm furious. 4 employees standing around watching while myself and kids were looking at shoes and I was looking to exchange the shoes for the proper size. We were in the store approx 7 minutes without acknowledgment from any of the staff. I had to go to the counter where they were all standing and ask if they worked there. The tall fella reluctantly helped us out by checking if they have the size and then dropping the shoes on the bench I was sitting on and walked back to the front counter. We decided we didn't want to exchange and instead wanted a refund due to poor service. While at the counter, I said they needed to up their service and not one of them reacted...oh wait, the short one did, by throwing the shoes I was gonna try on, on the counter beside where I was standing. We left while the short one laughed as we exited the store and was still laughing as we walking passed the window. Honestly, that was the most disrespectful service I've ever experienced. Absolutely shameful...
