Worst experience with Fabutan since the new owners have taken over. I have been tanning with fabutan since 2016 and have never had any issues until now. I had over 100 minutes but havent been since my wedding last year. I went today and was told that I cant use my purchased minutes unless I buy tanning lotion from them AND new goggles. (My current ones were both purchased only a little over a year ago). If I didnt want to waste my money on my purchased minutes, I had to buy their lotion and new goggles. I asked for the cheapest lotion and the cheapest started at $70 I bought my last bottle for maybe $40 and that same brand there today is now over $80. The new owner is completely ripping off their clients. GO ANYWHERE BUT FABUTAN, if you dont want to be completely ripped off. Service: Tanning

DO NOT PURCHASE TANNING MINUTES FROM THIS SALON. I recently purchased a 30 day package for tanning from Fabutan in Prince Albert. I tanned twice and was then rudely told by a staff member that unless I am going to purchase tanning lotion from them, I am not welcome back to use any more of my purchased minutes. They also told me I had to purchase new goggles which I have already purchased from this location less than a year ago. I also already have a bottle of tanning lotion purchased from this location, as well as other regular bottles of lotion I have purchased from Fabutan. The front desk attendant told me I could email her boss to inquire about a refund, but that they are not required to give me my money back. I emailed the owner, and like others who have left google reviews on this business, I was also not responded to. I have reported this Fabutan to consumer affairs and would suggest others do the same. As far as Im concerned, they are stealing money from their customers. Do not waste your time or money on Fabutan in Prince Albert. Save yourself the money and the headache. Service: Tanning

I went to get a spray tan with a bride and her mom around 2pm and the staff told me they had a client coming at 3 and that I might have to wait. I said I was fine with this. At 2:45 I was told I needed to wait, so I left and came back 15ish minutes later and was told the other client had not shown up yet. I left and came back again a while later and was told the client still had not shown up. I asked if I could just get a refund as now I was running late for another appointment and the staff working said she wasnt going to call her boss, but I could leave my information and they would get back to me within the week. so I left my name and phone number. I never got a call back so I went back to the salon a week later and was given an email address and was told my refund had to come from the owner. So I emailed the owner several times now still without any reply. I first visited the salon May 27, 2022 and I still havent heard anything about getting my money back. Very disappointing because I know if I got a service there and didnt pay that would be considered stealing. Service: Tanning
