        Good products. Poorest service in industry. Making people stand in line 1 hour to return modem when they upgraded to more expensive model. They need more staff. Not everyone can wait for 1 hour while they visit with other customers. Also $50 Activation fee for new cell phones is a joke. At competitors they wave this fee as standard.
