Place is trash. Try to exchange a shirt for a bigger size and they won't do it. I dunno where these employees come from, failed Arby's night shift workers or something. Anyway, place is where customers service goes to die. Avoid at all cost.

There is a wonderful woman who works at this location, I think she is a newcomer? She is brown skinned but not Indigenous. Anyway, she was so helpful, funny, she kept calling me my girl which made me feel nice. She really knew her stuff when it came to what comes in petite and what doesn't and she helped me put together some looks. She even pulled some things from the clearance section from me saving me a lot of money when I was trying on full price jeans. She just knew what pair would look good on me somehow. Shout out to that lady! I don't live in Prince Albert but when I visit I'll make sure to stop in again. I am Indigenous and sometimes shopping can feel terrible because of racism, especially because I was on a family trip and it was hot out and I was dressed like a slob. but she didn't care, she just saw me as a customer and not a thief (unlike winners lol) and sold me some clothes!!!!

I Have always been an avid Reitmans shopper but recently had an experience that will likely be my last shop at their store. I ordered matching pajamas for 9 girls for an event. I ordered and paid for everything correctly and unfortunately one item was missed. I quickly messaged the customer service who got back to me within one day saying theyd do an investigation. At this point it was one week until the event. I called customer support and was told, I would get a tracking number for the item that day. Nothing came. I called the next day and was told that they needed to investigate including checking cameras and weigh scales to prove that I wasnt lying. To be clear, I was asking for one 20 dollar item that I had paid for in a $410 order. After two more phone calls and multiple emails, the item arrived 3 days after the event. I was told that I was welcome to retuned the item. Poor service in a situation that easily could have been remedied by either just trusting me or by at least offering to discount the item as it was no longer useful to me. Unacceptable service.
