        I have visited this abattoir- its cleaner then a medical clinic! There is stainless steal throughout the building where the animals are processed and the meat is cut. Very modern facilities. They also hold a special gov't license, one of only 11 in Saskatchewan. It is the Saskatchewan Domestic Meat Inspection Licence. Look this up, to see what it means, it's very important. I've met the folks who own this company and they are absolutely wonderful. What really stands out to me is the love and respect they hold for their animals. Grass raised ,gluten free products.
