we have lived in the henderson meadows buildings for 3+ years and overall the experience has been very mixed. they sometimes randomly mess with the building fire alarms during the daytime without any notice (this actually happened today for the 5th or 6th time since we moved to this particular building). maintenance requests can be slow for even the most minor issues, often taking up to or over a month for simple things like blind slats, appliance bulb replacements and minor inspections. that being said, we once needed a carbon monoxide detector replacement during off-hours and maintenance was out within the hour to change it, and the employee that did the exchange was great. it can be very hit or miss when it comes to maintenance requests. also, i'm not sure if it's a common happening but the few times i have spoken with a customer care representative it took over 45 minutes and multiple calls to get through to someone (even when the IVR said there was only one person ahead, the call disconnected 7 or 8 times in a row and i had to call back each time, finally getting through after about 50 minutes) and when i did finally get through they spoke in a very condescending tone, constantly interrupted and were ultimately not very helpful at all. it could have just been that particular employee, i haven't called enough to experience anyone else. it's much easier to just speak to the building manager. the location itself has some merits in the form of on site employees but in the grand scheme of things it has been a very mediocre experience

We live in Henderson meadows for 6 years. My husband and i made it our home until we finally decided to move into another city. Having it our home and us building our family their was an experience we will always remember. From moving with our dog until having our two kids henderson meadows was behind us providing us a safe and comfortable place for our family to grow. Upon leaving the apartment i thought it would be very stressful imagine the repairs for a family of two young kids and two dogs but i was wrong it was a breeze. Thank you so much carrie for being such a big help. We are blessed that you are our site manager. And to the rest of the team thank you for being there for us always. Starting and building our family with you guys was an amazing experience.

Would not recommend this place to anyone.lived there going on 7yrs.worst experience iv ever had.told manager at time lights all burnt out front of building.told me if not happy move out.and get out of office.lisa tried to make us pay for dishwasher break down..there responsible for fixing it.people moving in and out at 4 am plus another time at 3am.front entrance not cleared in winter.sidewalks not cleaned ice all over front sidewalk.hallways dirty.elevator breaking down alot.had to move out twice because bed bugs next door.first time not done properly.had to redo..side entrance dirty 1 manager 7 buildings.2 cleaners not proffesional trained people to work with public.large dogs barking.very disfunctional place to live.emotionaly mentally stressful.we were told they would not renew our lease and we were told to move. .management Carrie manipulated by name calling us.cant wait to get out.we did love our suit.thats about all we enjoyed about the place.we would love to say positive things about place.only 1 positive liked suite.and made nice friends and some friendly people.was told by management we were not to go to nieghbors and ask them nicely to be little quieter.very dictating.managent.staff can not handle a challenge
