Avoid this building at all costs, terrible mouse problem, unsecure underground parking with no working security cameras so therefore plenty of car break-ins. Rude, unprofessional building manager and pretty bad crime area on that street with no security whatsoever, so obviously not very safe for seniors or children. And yes, as the reviewer before me stated, they will not return your security deposit. Again, avoid at all costs.

Warning to all people considering renting over here: STAY AWAY; your security deposit will not be returned. I was forced to sign a yearly lease and was told by the existing Site Manager at the time, that if I wanted to move out, all I had to do was give one month's notice and I would NOT be held responsible for reminder of lease term nor would they keep my deposit. I wish I had gotten that in writing. Months later, when I had to move out, there was a new site manager, who did not agree to what I had been told by previous manager and out right refused to acknowledge what the previous site manager had told me. Exploiting my having lack of time, he did not return me security deposit, even though I completed all of the apartment inspection and returned all keys. Neither, did he sent any official letter about my security deposit.
