After 1 year, they're raising the cost of the lease by 16%. Meanwhile, the deck is a health and safety hazard, the bath/shower faucet constantly runs, the tub itself doesn't drain properly, the fridge sounds like it's possessed by a demon, the tap on the kitchen sink is detached, and the heat fails in extreme cold. One look at the paint outside and state of the patio decks should tell you that they want to maximize profits while doing as little work to the properties as possible.

Great resident service with one of the best maintenance response. Pet-friendly community. Spacious, open and bright living room with large windows. Good parking spot with room for guests parking spaces. The apartment is with a upgrade appliances such as stove and fridge. Well done

Great Experience, from application to move in the suite the whole process was smooth and friendly.great people and good service. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an new apartment.

I had a wonderful experience with my move-in Jennifer was absolutely amazing she found exactly what I was looking for she was there every step of the way for my moving experience and in my opinion went above and beyond for things that I still had to do I moved up here from Ontario in June and she was more accommodating for all of my needs I cant say enough of to how happy I am and how impressed I am with Jennifer for her professionalism and her care for clients with her job I would like to thank her very much once again for all the hard work she did and I am more than pleased with my new place thank you very much and I would definitely 100% recommend this to a friend
