        Splendid place to live with a very beautiful and serene neighborhood. The staff are courteous, friendly and responsive. I would live at Evergreen Estate again if given the chance.

        I have lived with Boardwalk for almost 10 years. I have no complaints but rather praise for the exceptional care they take ; care of their buildings, the friendly staff that goes above and beyond to ensure my needs and requests are addressed in a timely manner. The sidewalks are always cleared after snow and ice melt applied where needed. I cant say enough great things about this place. I would highly recommend Evergreen Estates from the young families to the old.
