Sky Harbour Estates - Deveraux Apartment Communities

My experience with Deveraux Apartment Communities is the worst experience I have ever had. If you want to put your mental health and car at high risk you can come and live here. I had a neighbour with loud noises during quiet hours, and communicating with their management office did not solve the problem. After the other tenant received the first notice, I found a couple of empty pizza boxes in front of my apartment door. The day after the second notice someone slashed my car tire with a knife in the apartment parking area during the night and there was no camera in the parking area. Their solution for this UNSAFE condition was offering me to transfer to another unit and pay higher rent compared with my current lease.
