Greenbriar Apartments

I've been Boardwalk's client just over a week now, and so far so good. The apartment is decent and clean, location is good. Jignesh, an agent who was helping me in the beginning and Laila a lady that manages the complex, are absolutely wonderful to work with. Laila is super-responsive, professional, patient and polite, and overall it seems that the Boardwalk staff really cares about their clients. If it stays like this, I'll probably stick for longer.

I lasted one year. As soon as my lease was up I was out of there. The management are disrespectful and rude. I have had to go up as high as you can go on a matter that was outright appalling. The treatment to seniors is disgusting. They also play favoritism and the rent changes from tenant to tenant. It boggles my mind that the two ladies in the office continue to get away with their behaviour. I have lived at another Boardwalk property without any issues, but the Greenbriar are the worst.

I checked my bank account, just to see if all my bills were out, when I saw that my rent was $200 less than what I paid monthly! When I phoned the office I was told that because I referred a friend who ended up renting a suite I got a $200 discount! I felt so blessed Broadwalk youre the best! Thank you

I love living at Greenbriar, I have been here a few years. The staff are wonderful, the location is great, highly recommend living here.
