        Regina Housing isn't worth renting from. I had the experience of them entering my apartment without proper notice on one occasion I was in the common area when they entered and they knew I was in the building as my scooter and winter jacket were in plain site upon entering. I had a lady come in to clean. According to Regina Housing it wasn't good enough. The building I was in they gave a lady 4 days to leave saying it was due to her grandson being there for a few days. Think twice before renting from them no matter what building it is.
