I have been living at Madison Ridge since June 2022. Nothing but good experiences. As others have said, they fix things promptly and do things that my friends who also live in apartments say are things their landlords would never do. For example, the thermostat was positioned in an odd location that was affecting proper heating and cooling in my suite. I noticed this and mentioned it and they moved it almost immediately to where it should have been placed originally by the builder. I doubt many places would do that and would just say no. They seem to go above and beyond. The snow removal is great too. I don't have much apartment experience because I was a homeowner for so long but I was very pleased. I never once had trouble getting out. The greatest thing here for me is the allowance for tenants to have pets, and they allow larger dogs than most places. They consider the animal itself, not just a random policy. They understand that just because a dog is large, it doesn't mean it is going to be a problem dog or that it is cruel to keep in an apartment. An example would be when I was searching for this apartment, other people rejected my Bernese Mountain dog giving the reason that they are too high energy, yet they allowed Jack Russell Terriers and Border Collies. If you know your dog breeds, you will know that Bernese need exercise but they are generally not terribly high energy especially in summer, and that Jack and Border Collies need to be run off their feet and also require constant mental stimulation or they can be destructive (which also indicates they are not happy). So this is quite impressive that this property management company has so much more awareness and understanding about dogs. They also have a huge place to take dogs to relieve themselves and it is partially fence and grassed, with disposal bags provided. It's right outside your apartment door!! When I got my second dog, it became apparent that he was likely to grow taller than what is deemed acceptable, but Centurion was not black and white about this rule and they recognize me as a responsible owner with well-behaved animals and so they made allowances, which was so appreciated by myself (and the dogs :) ) Basically, be a good dog owner with a well-behaved dog and Centurion is definitely your friend. I totally recommend living at a Centurion property and Madison Ridge is great little building. Peter Parker and Paisley also highly recommend Centurion and are happy to have a great place to live. Moved here this month, staff are knowledgeable and accountable. We had an issue with our washer and ethernet ports, they were both fixed the next day. Appartments are very cozy, have plenty of storage, extra storage in the basement if needed. Parking is easy to find. Very nice complex
