If you're looking for an apartment in Harbour Landing, I would highly recommend going with Northview or Parliament Rentals instead. -Substantial rent increases every time you renew your lease ($125 per month / $1500 per year). They will also quote you a price $100 higher than what they have listed on their website, then offer you a $60 discount "in appreciation of your continued tenancy and loyalty" -If you call maintenance to report that your smoke detector keeps beeping, they will suggest you just disconnect it from power and remove the batteries. No follow-up will be booked to actually replace it unless you call back and specifically request that. -Water leaking from the ceiling in your suite, like all maintenance issues, will take 3 weeks to fix and it's the tenants responsibility to consistently clean the mess during the process. -The leasing agent will assure you everything you point out during your initial inspection will be fixed. Once you actually move in, maintenance will tell you that things such as bent window blinds and cigarette burn marks on the toilet seat won't be fixed as they are still functional -There is no parking lot cleaning during the winter. Bring your ice skates to navigate the parking lot and park on the streets to avoid your vehicle getting stuck in your parking spot -Take a peek at the photos to get an idea of what they are happy to market as a premium suite that will be charged an additional $75/month -If your curious what the team member got back to me with based on this review, it was to offer a $12.50/month discount for 1 year.

Very unsafe place to live . The parking lot was never been cleaned all of this winter . My son slipped and fell on ice this morning because Deveraux apartment didnt clean the snow of clear the manhole for the water to drain . I would never recommend anyone to live here and would do a complaint to the tenant board of Sask about the health and safety of this place .
