Honestly the apartments are nice and a great price. But the service calls are HORRIBLE. I havent had a fridge in almost 12 hours because it stopped running. Called them immediately as soon as I realized and no one has come to fix it. I have over $1000 dollars of food in my fridge/freezer thats going bad. Like come on. Its that hard to send someone out. Now because of this I have to go spend more money on food that should be replaced by the company. Update, I called the Regina office this morning as I called the emergency number in the first place since it was an after hours issue. And they replaced the fridge. I still think it was unacceptable as to how it was all handled. And I did leave a review on the page with the number that I called outlining everything. They really need to step up their service calls. As prior this incident we didnt have a stove for 6 months. I honestly dont think its this particular office its definitely the emergency& after hours call number where the issue lays. They dont care. The Regina office Ive never had an issue with, after explaining what has happened in the other office they are quick to fix their mistakes
