We got our mortgage with them. I felt the experience could have been better. We sent them the estoppel and they said they didn't know what to do with it. They also charged us a late fee without telling us when the documents needed to be in by. Both the realtor and the bank were shocked by the late fee. The bank will be refunding us because of that. You know something has gone wrong when the bank is on your side! The lawyers also didn't go over the mortgage papers with us. They just told us where to sign, not what we were singing. I felt like we were an inconvenience to them. All in all, not a good experience. It got the job done but it could have been better. The bank reccomended we use a different firm next time, and I think we will.

The lower air that I spoke to was arrogant and would not help me over the phone for my free hour of consultation and advice an advice I would tell everybody to avoid this law firm because they don't care about you they care about the old mighty dollar.

Just met my attorney the other day, was very impressed by her, and I am so happy I don't have to deal with people from Legal Aid anymore.

First visit with the lawyer was fine and ample time was given to us by the lawyer to extensively explain our case, however, several phone calls were placed to for the follow up and decision to make for the forth coming steps to take , messages were left with phone calls operator, every message was ignored. That we believe is not Profesional way to handle on issues that matters. I put one star rating cause I have no other ways to to give lesser rating however one is over rating.
