Cardiff CARSTAR Regina

I was sent to Cardiff Collision and Auto Glass two days ago when someone accidentally ripped off the drivers door handle to my Fiat 500. What started off as a very disheartening inconvenience ended up bringing some unanticipated joy to my life. I have owned my vehicle for eight years now and have had a heckuva time trying to find a trustworthy place/person to fix her. Thanks to everyone at Cardiff, I can say that this is no longer the case. My main communications were with Larry; he was absolutely wonderful. Larry treated me with respect, a sense of humour, and he was transparent in an estimated timeline and cost for replacing the handle. I appreciated how he walked me through everything on his computer screen, and then printed off a hard copy for my records. I was scheduled to have my handle replaced on Monday, but since it arrived earlier than expected (showing up late this morning) they were able to squeeze me in at the end of day. I wouldnt need to climb over my passenger seat throughout the weekend after all! While Joe (and Im sure some other workers who I did not meet) were busy getting a handle on my car, Rob and Larry were busy doing their jobs while simultaneously interacting with me as I waited. I ended up getting my handle fixed three days sooner than expected; plus, I left with some fun and meaningful conversations, too. If your vehicle has any issues, I wholeheartedly recommend taking it to Cardiff Collision. Update: Cardiff did beautiful body work on my next car (a Mini Cooper) which was side swiped in a parking lot. Again, completely blown away with their professionalism and expertise.
