I had a flat tire and don't know where to go. And then I pass by at Ward Tire Craft and explained what my situation, luckily Mike with no hesitations accepted me as a walk in client. I was a customer with Belmont tires until they changed to integra tire. I continued to be a customer with integra until they became ward tire. The one thing this place had going for it other than the obvious great location was the two guys in the office who were always there doing a great job even though they went through several ownership changes. After my experience there on Thursday, myself and our small fleet of trucks will never be back. Not only was it disappointing service as the person had almost no personality, when asking about what tires he went into the computer and proceeded to explain to me what the old staff did wrong when entering information. He explained there are no longer first come first service and wanted to deal with my tire issues the following week which wouldnt work for most businesses . After years of loyal service to all three different names I will never be back. People came to the building to deal with the great customer service and how personal the guys were. Good luck not sure it will be Ward Tirecraft for very long.
