        I've opened a new account today and the whole experience was great! I can't agree with another reviewer below about the lady at front being cold/not interested as she was maybe not smiling when I went inside the branch but she did greet me and tried to help me to best of her abilities. Anyway, the real superstar today was Isu Ogechi, who was extremely professional, kind and helpful, and I hope that going forward my experience with CIBC will continue to be great.

        Beautiful interior, poor customer experience. Walked in and was not even sure if it was a branch or just an ATM outlet. Waited minutes as the reception was empty. Then she walks in and asked "how can I help you" with a straight face. In her opinion here comes another confused customer. Put up a smile, that is how you were trained!

        Worst experience every time I go there. Receptionists are so rude and always asking us to go to other branch , not sure why this branch is opened if they don't want to help customers , they cant even handle 2 customers. Really disappointed
