Typical Canadian bank. Service was fast and friendly.

Called to get them to buy out a loan that I have with another bank since all my loans are with scotia bank as is and the lady I got sent to had zero interest in helping me made up a bunch of bad excuses and told me to call the loan department myself to figure it out, what a waste of my time very disappointed

I am not a fan of Scotia Bank!! The best part about Scotia Bank to me is the Scene Card reward system. That and the front-line staff at the Rochdale location, who are super awesome and made dealing with Scotia, tolerable.

You need to replace your outside drive thru ATM. 6 out of 10 times it's not working for deposits. I'm more then frustrated that time after time it doesn't work! If you want my payments on time, replace those machines. Your wasting my time , gas, energy!

Been a customer since early 2000's every year the service has gotten worse and the fees keep going up. Never open term bankers hours definitely apply. Atms are horrible not working or no cash. Switch banks after all this time as I do not believe they are in the business to look after people. I have much more so is someone from Scotiabank wants to learn why they are losing customers call me
