        Branch has very limited hours they are actually open. When I was able to go when there where open, they couldnt help with my banking needs. I tired to order currency, but was told that I needed to order when the Toronto branch was open, not when this branch is open. Another time, when I tried the ATM, it was out of bills. Also received poor service when I called their 1-800 number. Out of touch for people who work.

        Worst experience that I ever had in Canada.They deduct my 300$ and only due to their misguidance I lost my money. In addition to that they close on Saturday and Sunday and during weekdays they open between 9 :30 to 4:30 . So one has to take leave from work for any kind issues.
