They are impossible to book with. I have been trying to get an IUD inserted with them for 3 months now. First - it took over a month to get a consult, and after the consult instead of booking my insertion they told me to call back a month later; then told me I should've had my insertion booked for me right after the consult and they aren't sure why i was told that Second - I had my appointment booked for over two weeks and they decided to call me 1 hour before the appointment time to cancel due to "having no practitioners" and were unable to reschedule as they have no clue when they will be staffed again I'm not sure how they are even running without practitioners as they cannot provide any services without.

I'm confused I've tried many times to book an appointment cannot get through. And everytime I try to go to the clinic you are closed. How am I supposed to access Healthcare if you aren't open. Now I have to go out of province.

one of the receptionists is very kind and chatty, but the other one definitely needs an attitude check. this place should be welcoming and friendly, as it is intimidating to walk in there for some people.

Been calling them all morning and the line is busy. Whats the point of calling them when you cant even get thru..tried pressing #2 to talk to the executive and thats busy..seriously
