Few years back i got a RO system from (not gonna say , big company from regina anyway its been a nightmare) anyway i stopped using it after researching how bad RO water is for you to drink. I got on the ph balanced water from Emerald and omg not only is the water awesome affordable and i feel so much healthier their customer service is prime time!! Thanks Stan!! Highly recommened! Do your research switch to Alkaline and you will get your life back!!! Unreal!

Extremely helpful and quick to communicate with. I needed a replacement tank for my reverse osmosis system. While I had to replace it I upgrade the size from a 3 gallon to 11 gallon. These guys were super helpful to make sure I had the right parts to do the swap. #supportlocal

I've been getting bottled water delivery from Emerald Water for over a year now and am consistently blown away by their high level of customer service and taste of the reverse osmosis water! If by chance I forget to put my empties outside, the driver will call to see if I need water or not instead of just driving away. Locally owned. Locally made water jugs. Great service. Great tasting. I highly recommend Emerald Water for anyone seeking bottled water delivery!

Ive been going here for 2 years. I went to take back 4 of the 6 bottles that I have.( My machine is currently broken and waiting to get a new one) So in the mean time I wanted to return 4 for now. Nope they wont give me money and say they have no proof that I bought them there Although the invoices date back to 2020 and they all have emerald stickers. Ugh people What a joke.
