I really have tried to give this place a chance but after several times I'm left very unsatisfied. The wait times are always long the drinks are often prepared with lack of care. Ex. I've gotten the same drink with the exact same specifications more than once for it to taste vastly different. Also the waffle is so expensive to then get a crumpled up waffle. overcooked on the outside but raw inside that's supposed to have red bean on the inside yet barely has any. Very disappointed!

The Taiwan style popcorn chicken is great, more locations need this.
