Bought a ring bath bomb for my friends Christmas gift. First issue was I was double charged and didn't know until I checked my bank account. No big deal, went back for a refund. They couldn't figure out a debit refund so had to do cash. Again, wasn't a big deal on its own. Workers were very friendly and let me skip the line to get back in so that was nice. Then my friend uses her bath bomb which is labeled size 7 and it contains a size 6 ring. Reached out to customer service and what they could do is replace the ring with another randomized size 7 ring, different from the one she received to "keep their system fair". Im thankful to atleast get the replacement, but she was happy with the design she received and getting the correct size is what was expected in the first place. Such a mess around for a simple gift. I get that mistakes happen, but first impressions are important and I won't feel confident purchasing here again.
