I used to come here every two days and spend at least $200 each time. I've been coming here for six months. I'm from Quebec and since my ID was no longer valid, they sent me a new license without a photo. So I always brought the expired one with me along with the valid one to show a photo ID. Today, as usual, I came to buy what I needed. However, I couldn't find my old photo ID card. I thought it was okay since it wasn't even the right one. The valid one is the one without the photo. Anyway, the young boy who was working today, whom I've seen more than 10 times, decided to refuse to sell to me because I didn't have the expired license with a photo. He said it was the rules. I understand that there are rules. But having good customer service is important. It was a big lack of respect, and I came all the way for nothing. Anyone else would have probably accepted it since I'm a very regular customer. By doing a quick calculation, you just lost $18,000 a year because an employee who clearly abuses his power decided to refuse my 100% valid license. I will never set foot in a Farmer Jane again. **Edit ** I found my id. I still wont come back
