Very frustrating!! My appointment is at 830 am!!! It is already past 10am and I am still waiting!!! I am changing this to 4 stars because of the result. My car is like new!! Thank you!! However my keys get damaged, but Colleen is honest to admit their fault and that they will fix it. Thank you, Colleen. I appreciate all of your help.

I went for a check-up and was told the rear seal was leaking. I chose to get it repaired elsewhere but advised to top up the low oil. I was charged $78 for that. The oil changed a day later revealed that used oil was put into the engine.
