I would have chosen 0 stars if that was an option. I have never in my life had such terrible customer service. I was returning a few items from my online order and was planning to browse after. The store manager did not even make eye contact with me which is extremely disrespectful, I tried to make small talk and she did not even acknowledge me. I felt so uncomfortable standing there while she ripped open the bags and threw them behind her I immediately left once she finished. The only words she said to me was credit card to process the refund. I would say most of my clothes are from warehouse one but I will never shop there again. I can not imagine how she treats her employees if that is how she treats customers.

I have no issue with the products however the shipping company they use sucked. My items were to be delivered to the store on Monday (April 24/23) however it was suddenly delayed 4 days because of "weather". It was coming from Winnipeg to Regina and the weather and roads were 100%, it was an excuse. The girl at the store said customers have been complaining for weeks with this same issue. Time to change delivery companies Warehouse One!!
