        Inaccuracy of taking orders. They will repeat your order but still give you a wrong one. I guess theyre confused about venti and grande. When I order venti they give me grande and when i ask for grande it will be a venti. The girl named Azrielle was not really good with customer service instead of apologizing for making wrong order she still insisted that they punched in the right order. And didnt refund back, I have to pay again as "they dont have options for refund on their machine." Terrible experience.
