There was hair in both of the Chilli I had order. This is absolutely discgusting.

Tried asking for a mug and this woman was confused. So I tried explaining I just wanted to buy a coffee mug and she asked coffee and after I said no. I wanted a mug, she was like no we dont sell those. I dont think she knew what I was talking about and I tried to explain it to her but she started ignoring me and wouldnt serve me after. This isnt also the first time I had a bad experience at this location. Whoever the girl that works the night shift, she is so rude all the time. Shes shears arguing with me whenever she messes up my order. She will repeat back what I asked for and give me something completely different.

Went to the store and ordered on the app, when I arrived they advised me the item was unavailable. With FIVE different staff members all conversing together they advised they were unable to provide a refund and theyd have a manager contact me the next day. This was on September 24th, it has been three days and no one has reached out. I have also contacted the business myself via phone but of course unable to speak to a manager or anyone for that matter Ive had to leave a message and no phone call returned. All I want is my money back for the items they failed to provide and the incompetence from the staff in store that day. A refund isnt hard to do lol I worked at Tim Hortons myself once upon a time. HORRIBLE experience.
