        Got an order from them off doordash. They didn't have the flavour of frappe requested which is fine stuff like that happens all the time wait. However instead of replacing it with a basic flavour or getting confirmation about the substitution. They went with coconut without a label. According to them the best way to fix this is for me to stop in to get another free one on my way to the hospital Dietary restrictions: Not providing labels on their foods that have allergies. And assuming substitutions are okay without prior permissions
