Edit: More than 5-Stars to the company who very professionally and promptly addressed my concerns, they were more than understanding of the situation and resolved it far better than I would have expected. I would definitely would recommended their services for your basement needs! I was given the wrong product from my estimate and was only offered to have them replaced a week later which did not work within the time-frame of my other contracted work. I offered to prep the area more and they told me they would remove what is needed or protect it, they wrecked it. The grout work was sub-par which creates a leveling issue with the flooring. For a highly-recommended company, they made a number of mistakes without amending it and simply handed me the bill despite me voicing my dis-satisfaction of the work.
