This is my second time at future vision. The first time was amazing. Thats why I went back. The second time was good when I was making the purchase. But I had issues with my lenses on the one pair of glasses. I went back twice to complain and fix the issue. The experience and customer service was very very disappointing. They wouldnt do anything for me. They even scratched my frame while they were trying to adjust it and tried to give it back to me like nothing had happened. They never fixed my lenses and they just told me hopefully next time it works better and theres nothing they can do for free. I also bought a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses and asked them to save the original lenses for me ( like they did the first time I shopped there). When I picked up my prescription sunglasses, I didnt get the original lenses (my prescription is very minor, so I could still use the sunglasses with the original/non prescription lenses). When I asked for them, they told me they threw them away. Horrible experience and customer service. I will never go back. Too much money spent there to be treated like that and letting me leave with a pair of glasses that the lenses arent right.
