There are many of times that I got the wrong item through DoorDash. I have ordered i had a specific item as shown on DoorDash. But its a different kind. Its a big deal when items are wrong. Example reeces. Potato chips in reeces are disgusting. I want the exact reeces. I have been more accepting with wrong item. Now, if I order they give me something other than that specific item. I will put it as wrong item and getting my money back. Pay attention to what youre putting in customers bags. You wont have this problem.

I placed an order on skip which I rarely ever do but I did for my son he wanted some munchies. I ordered a nacho bowl with cheese and chilli and chicken strips with wedges I even called the store spoke to the manager at the time and confirmed my own order because I didn't want to waste money and they confirmed I'd get evryhting and the stuff for the nachos and cheese dip for my son's wedges and they still got the whole order wrong. Never sent what I paid for and gave me wings and nachos with NO CHILLI OR CHEESE. Like what's the point of thr nachos now then? I'm upset cause I called to make sure they get the order right even though (there was instructions on skip for my order and I called to confirm) and they still get it wrong. Like I understand everyone needs jobs but maybe hire ppl that can read and understand spoken English.

Always very slow with rude employees and poor customer service. Have used the washroom before at this location twice or more yet the very rude and unfriendly manager said there was no washroom. Will avoid from now on!!!!
