I recently paid this store a visit because I was craving a Big Gulp. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to learn that I could not re-use my Big Gulp cup as a refill. This is not only false advertising but disrespectful to the environment. For Shame!

This location would probably serve the community better if it was shut down. I always see vagrants here and it's pretty disturbing. Please avoid coming here if you have kids. They don't need to see this kind of stuff. I don't need a team member to contact me. Have them call the police to remove the vagrants, or get some private security to do so. It's dangerous and disgusting.

These guys who work there are doing a great job of loss prevention and the store did not smell it was kept up it was just like every other 711 I've been into...
