submitted online and paperwork was rejected as land titles changed my packet number from a single number to a new 4 number system. They said I then need to make applications as I was under the old system. A real headache to deal with these people they won't help when you call they tell you to submit online.

ISC's onsite service level has deteriorated a little bit. ISC's online service level has improved in many different ways. So, don't show up there without scheduling an appointment in advance.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. Lisa R was extremely rude when I was asking a simple question. She continually interrupted me, would not allow me to speak. So when I demanded a manager she said no. So I again told her that her customer service was appalling. I finally had a reasonable manager call me back who apologized and said that she was being absolutely rude and would be spoken to. I called again recently regarding a different matter and apparently her attitude has not changed. They need better training regarding customer service.
